Tuesday 7 April 2026 - ‘Calming Your Anxiety’ Programme
Knock Counselling Centre is pleased to announce a 7-week “Calming Your Anxiety” programme, commencing on Tuesday, 7th April 2026 from 6.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
This programme is designed to help participants develop a deeper understanding of anxiety, learn practical tools to manage it effectively, and begin creating greater calm and ease in daily life.
To gain the maximum benefit from the programme, participants are encouraged to commit to attending all weekly sessions. There will also be opportunities to practice techniques and strategies introduced during the course between sessions.

Our Drop-In Listening Service is available here at Knock Counselling Centre every Thursday from 11 am to 3 pm.
All are welcome to attend this one-to-one, single session listening service.
This service provides an opportunity to speak to someone in a private and confidential space.
