Online Seminar to Help Parents Support Anxious Children
With childhood anxiety on the rise, Knock Counselling Centre is running a specialised online seminar, "Helping Your Anxious Child" on Monday, 11th May, 7:30pm - 8:30pm.
"We know that many parents feel overwhelmed when their child is anxious," says Peter Devers, Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist at Knock Counselling Centre. "One of our aims in the seminar is to offer parents some proven tools and techniques to help them support their child to manage their anxiety better.

Thursdays and Sundays from 11 am to 3 pm
